The Defending Digital Democracy Project “aims to develop strategies, tools, and technology to protect democratic processes and systems from cyber and information attacks.” They’ve developed a State-by-State Election Database, “intended to provide a centralized set of information on the major factors that describe our election processes and that could affect the tempo of the 2020 election. It is not intended to predict the future, but rather to present the state-by-state variation in regulations that could impact the progression of the election.” This site also features ten election playbooks.
